Last moments of the year.

Sitting all alone in an office for almost half a day,

staring at a HP LCD monitor,

typing and clicking away on COMPAQ keyboard and mouse.

Something I'll never get to experience ever again on a New Year's Eve. Ever again.

Got to talk to people I haven't talked to in a goddamned long while,

watched movies that I had missed out ages ago,

joined almost 50 groups in facebook, with another crazy friend joining up to 200.

what a unique way to celebrate the new year.

Sitting here, self-reflecting over the past year.

2009 has been a year for me to learn, to grow, to think about how to improve,

2010 shall be the year to reap the results.

All alone in office, iPod on my iCubic blasting away,

ordering a Mega McSpicy and realising that's the last meal for the day, and then smiling to myself how pathetic this is,

looking at rats climb across the window grills, running about as though conscious that new year's coming.

A-a-amazing way to celebrate the new year. Completely unique and special, yes.

One cannot help but not think that another year has slipped past our fingers quietly, pensively, and seriously, regrettably. But this happens every year doesn't it.
